The two companies held a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing ceremony on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at the TRIBE Phnom Penh Hotel, with the participation of Mr. Vong Sokhal, Chairman of SHG Finance Plc, as part of the ZILLENNIUM GROUP Ecosystem and Hitoshi Sugamoto, CEO of Asia Impact Development.
Hitoshi Sugamoto, CEO of Asia Impact Development, said that SHG Finance is a potential business partner and the current cooperation between the two companies will bring financial technology solutions to contribute to improving the financial environment in Cambodia.
SHG Finance is a financial institution licensed by the National Bank of Cambodia to provide financial services since 2016. And in 2020, this financial institution will become part of the ZILLENNIUM GROUP ecosystem, which is one of the largest real estate markets in Cambodia. then, SHG Finance became a digital technology credit institution.
